Since our products are perishable food items, we follow a strict No Return & No Exchange Policy. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or of poor quality, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund under the conditions below.


Eligibility for Return/Refund

You may request a replacement or refund only if:

  • The product delivered is damaged in transit.

  • The product is spoiled, defective, or not as described.

  • You report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Please note:

  • Products once opened, used, or tampered with will not be eligible for return.

  • Refunds/returns are not accepted for reasons such as taste preference, ordering by mistake, or change of mind.

  • Refunds may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.

  • In case of replacement, a new product will be shipped at no extra cost.
